Modern Hole-In-One Small

The base of this award is 3/4" thick, painted with square corners.  A 1/4" thick panel is mounted on top and painted solid white with any logos, text or graphics printed onto the plaque.  A hole is cut for the ball which attaches to the plaque by a compression fit.
